I’ve been eating paleo/primal for over a year now and seen tremendous results. I dropped 28 pounds in the first three months — 7 pounds beyond my target — and have maintained the new weight, while continuing to lean out and build muscle ever since.

I never intended to start a blog or website, but after months of posting pictures of my cooking on Twitter and Photobucket, I realized it wouldn’t be much more work to post step-by-step recipes. So here it is. Enjoy!
